Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Selika, a service operated by MOONSCALE LLC("Selika", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Selika lets you create and operate online stores, manage products and orders, and enable optional integrations (such as Google Sheets export and mobile-money payments).

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use Selika for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not sell prohibited goods or violate the rights of others.
• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Your content & your customers

You own the content and data in your stores. You are responsible for your products, your customers' data, and complying with the laws that apply to your business, including consumer and privacy laws. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate your stores on your behalf.

5. Plans & payments

Selika offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed per store. Paid subscriptions are charged through our payment provider and renew for the period you select. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Failing to renew moves the store back to Free-plan limits.

6. Third-party integrations

Optional integrations (e.g. Google) are provided by third parties and subject to their own terms. Your use of the Google Sheets export is also governed by our Privacy Policyand Google's terms.

7. Intellectual property

Selika, its software, and branding are owned by MOONSCALE LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using Selika at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOONSCALE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
